  • Do you have eggless cakes?
    Yes! Majority of the cakes on our menu are eggless, so you can choose the cake of your preference and place an order online.
  • Will the cake image and actually delivered cake be identical?
    There may be a slight difference in colour and finish when it comes to images of the cakes online and the actual products. This is because product images uploaded on the website are professionally shot. However, we never compromise on taste and assure you that the taste will be delightful!
  • How long can I keep my desserts for?
    After receiving your order,here’s how long you can keep different kinds of desserts: Cakes/desserts containing fresh fruits - 1 to 2 days Chocolate-based cakes/desserts - 2 to 3 days Cakes/desserts such as Tiramisu/Tres Leches - 1 to 2 days
  • How do I store my cakes & desserts once I receive them?
    We advise you to immediately refrigerate them as soon as you receive your order. In case of Fondant Cakes, please store them in an air conditioned room.
  • Can I add a personal message?
    Yes, of course! When you order for yourself , you get an option to add a personal message on the cake as well as on a card once you have added the cakes/ desserts to your cart.
  • How many days in advance should I place my order?
    You can place your order 1 or more days in advance.
  • What modes of payment do you accept?
    Completing your payment is absolutely hassle-free. You can pay through MasterCard, Visa, RuPay, UPI app, Netbanking and PhonePe
  • What information is required from my end to submit the order?
    All you need to do is provide us with your full name, complete address that you want your order delivered to, email address, and phone number
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, cancellations are accepted 24 hours prior to your delivery. A cancellation fee or a 100% credit note would be provided which can be used towards any future order.
  • What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
    Once you have cancelled your order, the refund amount will be credited to the original source of your payment
  • How can I arrange for a pick-up from your bakery?
    If you'd like to arrange a pickup from our shop, you can do so by booking a delivery partner to the address provided by our representative
  • What happens if I want to modify my order?
    If you wish to make certain changes to your cake, you can do so by getting in touch with us at +91 70456 76676 Change requests are accepted only a minimum of 12 hours in advance.
  • I want to place a ‘Bulk/ Custom Order’ for products, who should I contact?
    For any bulk or custom cake orders, please get in touch with us on WhatsApp – +91 70456 76676. We will see to it that you get everything you need!
  • How much notice do I need to give to place a bulk/ corporate order?
    For bulk/ corporate orders, please note that you would have to place your order at least 2 weeks in advance.
